Midtown Mixed-Use District Created in Cleveland

Cleveland Ordinance 910-05 enacted new Cleveland Codified Ordinance Nos. 344.01 to 344.13, which create a new type of zoning district called Midtown Mixed-Use.  See Cleveland City Record, July 27, 2005 at page 1674.   The new zoning district will facilitate the Euclid Corridor Transportation Project and the strategic plan of  Midtown Cleveland, Inc..
