Two New Programs to Help Fugitives and Convicts

Inspired by the success of Cleveland Municipal Court's Amnesty Court program, two new programs were created to help fugitives and convicts.  Fugitive Safe Surrender offers leniency to fugitives who turn themselves in.  The program will be offered throughout Cuyahoga County.
