Ord. No. 1282-06 creates guidelines for wall murals, via new C.C.O. 350.161 and 350.162. The following sections of zoning code pertaining to sign regulations were amended, concerning wall murals: C.C.O. 350.01, .03, .06, .07 and .10.
New C.C.O. 350.162 will give Clear Channel priority for six applications for wall murals over a one year period, pursuant to a settlement of a court case. Go to The City Record for Dec. 6, 2006, at page 2244, page 26-32 of the pdf document.
C.C.O. 341.02 concerning airport land protective districts was also amended.
