Yesterday, the Ohio Supreme Court announced that it has significantly expanded the types of cases in which "Legal Interns" can represent criminal and juvenile defendants. These changes, which will be effective on August 1st, were made as unanimous amendments to Rule II of the Rules for the Government of the Bar.
