This will make you chuckle. Florida homeowners who owned their home free and clear got sued by a bank for foreclosure. That is not the funny part. When the homeowners obviously won their suit and were awarded attorney fees, they filed a foreclosure action against the bank and sent out the Sheriff to padlock the bank's doors.
