The Department of Labor has adopted final regulations pertaining to the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. The final rules modify the interim rule regarding employee notification of rights, issued March 10, 2005, and the proposed rules issued on September 20, 2004, concerning the implementation of USERRA.
