Governor Taft signed H.B. 184, which requires school districts and charter schools to post donated copies of the Ohio state motto (With God, All Things are Possible) and U.S. motto (In God we Trust). The Final Bill Analysis discusses the constitutionality of the legislation. The ACLU is considering a lawsuit.
