A new study by Kerma Partners and Redwood Think Tank (Part of LexisNexis) recently concluded that law school pedigree and GPA are not the best predictors of success on the job. Without actually naming better indicators, the summary indicates that the best candidates possessed multiple indicators which affect productivity on the job, as well as tenure with an employer. Interestingly, the study identified 200 "attributes" that employers can supposedly objectively review before hire from an applicant's CV, transcripts (graduate and undergraduate) and interviews.
