| Governor Appoints Diane Palos to Cuyahoga DR Court »
Incredibly, the Morrow County Municipal Court in Mount Gilead, Ohio is refusing to accept new case filings on the basis that it does not have enough paper. According to an article from newsnet5.com, Judge Lee McClelland has said that the Court only has enough paper for notices and other documents in pending cases because the County is behind in paying a bill for supplies ordered in November. Other agencies have offered to bring their own paper when they file documents, and the Court has indicated it will accept new cases if filers bring their own paper. The Court is also cutting down to 4 days a week to try and save money.
