Governor Strickland has appointed a local attorney named Michelle D. Earley to the Cleveland Municipal Court. On April 20th, Judge Earley will take the seat of Judge Larry Jones, who was recently elected to the 8th District Court of Appeals. The Ohio Supreme Court's Press Release indicates that Earley has been the Grand Jury Supervisor in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office since 2006 and that she was an Assistant County Prosecutor from 2000-2007.
