The 8th District Court of Appeals has posted two (2) new proposed rules to its website. Proposed Local Appellate Rule 25.1 would change the procedures for consideration enbanc, nd proposed Local Appellate Rule 22 would amend the procedural rules regarding entry of judgment. Comments on these proposed changes are being accepted by the Court Administrator, Ute Vilfroy, until June 30, 2009.
