Ohio 8th District Court of Appeals Considering New Rules on Vexatious Litigators and Videotaping

The Ohio 8th District Court of Appeals is considering 2 brand new rules on vexatious litigators (Proposed Local Rule 23) and videotaping (Proposed Local Rule 50). The Court will accept public comments on these 2 changes until July 30, 2010. All comments should be sent to Court Administrator, Ute Vilfroy.
