According to yesterday's press release from Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court:

"Common Pleas Administrative Judge John J. Russo and Clerk of Courts Andrea F. Rocco are happy
to announce that effective Monday, March 31, 2014 many images of civil and criminal
documents filed will be available on the internet. All users are reminded of Sup. R. 45(D).
Personal Identifying Information should not be included on any filings and parties are
required to use the Personal Identifier Form to redact personal identifiers. The court and clerk are not
responsible for removing personal identifiers. The procedure is outlined in the Rule of Superintendence
